Dustin Hamilton is a founding partner of Hamilton & Padgett Law and leads the firm’s Savannah office. He focuses his practice on catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and serious personal injury cases, with extensive experience handling claims involving commercial vehicle collisions, car accidents, premises liability, and nursing home negligence.
Born and raised in Georgia, Dustin earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Georgia and his Juris Doctor from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law. His legal work is rooted in a strong commitment to justice and a relentless drive to secure fair outcomes for the clients he serves.
His dedication to his practice has earned him recognition as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2023 to 2025, an honor bestowed upon only the top 2.5% of attorneys under 40 in Georgia. Dustin is a graduate of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association LEAD program, which selects attorneys with strong potential to lead in both the courtroom and the community. He holds memberships in the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Savannah Bar Association, the Savannah Trial Lawyers Association, and the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys.
Outside the office, Dustin enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children.
