W. Chase Arrington is an attorney at Hamilton & Padgett Law, based in the firm’s Savannah office. He focuses his practice on serious personal injury cases, including car and trucking accidents, premises liability, and disputes involving insurance bad faith. Having spent years defending insurance companies, Chase now uses that specialized insight to hold those same companies accountable when they wrongfully deny or delay claims.
Originally from Toombs County, Georgia, Chase attended East Georgia College, where he played collegiate basketball before transferring to Armstrong Atlantic State University. He graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in history and went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law. During law school, Chase’s academic excellence earned him a seat on the Mercer Law Review, where he served as Lead Articles Editor.
Prior to joining the firm, Chase spent five years representing insurance carriers in a wide range of complex litigation. A personal family experience involving a serious car accident served as his catalyst for change, shifting his focus from defending corporations to advocating for the injured. His ability to anticipate defense strategies allows him to proactively navigate the legal process and secure maximum compensation for those he represents.
Outside of the office, Chase enjoys staying active by playing basketball and tennis. He is a regular at the local beaches and treasures time spent with friends and family in the Savannah area.
